FRNT Financial Launches $2 Million Private Placement to Fund BTC Treasury

FRNT Financial after trade Monday announced a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $2 million.

The company said it will place up to five-million shares priced at $0.40 each.

Proceeds from the offering will support the company's first spot Bitcoin treasury investment, increased marketing efforts, and general working capital.

"With the additional capital, we hope to demonstrate to others how they can be efficient with their BTC and other crypto investments and holdings. At the same time, we hope to market ourselves to a broader audience who may not be aware of our services in a time of growing need," Chief Executive Stephane Ouellette said.

FRNT shares up $0.04 to $0.50 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
