關於ZERO
ZERO is an instant messaging application that calls itself private, sovereign and decentralised, carrying the tagline "Built for freedom". The project offers downloads for iOS, Android, Windows, Mac and Linux, and is organised into product, protocol and resources sections.
The product side splits into Messenger, the messaging application itself, and ZERO ID for identity related features. The protocol side lists applications such as Z NS, Z DAO, Z XP and ZODE, together with a protocol overview, white paper, ZINE, press kit and audit materials. The project also carries entries for Z TOKEN and Z FI, along with getting started, support, privacy policy and terms of service resources.
On February 10, 2026, LayerZero Labs officially unveiled Zero, a high-performance L1 blockchain built on zero-knowledge proofs and the Jolt zkVM, targeting 2 million TPS per zone for institutional-grade use cases. The launch lineup includes Citadel Securities, ARK Invest (with Cathie Wood joining the advisory board), ICE, DTCC, Google Cloud, and Tether; ZRO rose about 13% the day after the announcement. On February 17, 2026, the team confirmed an integration with Cardano, and on February 20 an unlock of 25.7 million ZRO tokens drove a roughly 21% price pullback.
Future strategy and roadmap: Zero is scheduled to launch its mainnet in autumn 2026, initially split into EVM execution, privacy payments, and trading zones, with follow-up focus on institutional settlement, AI micro-payments, and cross-chain interoperability.
