關於VALR
VALR is a centralized exchange centered on South Africa, offering spot, margin, perpetual futures, OTC and API trading with rand, dollar and euro funding. It serves markets where fiat rails are slow and cross-border transfers pass through intermediaries. Orders match on an in-house engine against one order book, spot fees are tiered by maker and taker role, and derivatives sit under a separately licensed entity sourcing quotes and liquidations from third-party liquidity providers, with client assets in platform custody backed by segregated wallets and monthly proof of reserves.
In the ecosystem it acts as a regulated fiat gateway rather than a crypto-native venue: local payment networks and mobile money on one side, liquidity for roughly 2,000 corporate and institutional clients on the other. Its listings stay with mainstream assets while licensing, tax statements and local support form part of the product; the OTC desk quotes large tickets away from the book.

過去六個月VALR的關鍵進展： 1. 七月，推出由Hyperliquid驅動的永續合約，提供200多種跨資產永續市場，涵蓋股票、指數、貴金屬、大宗商品、外匯及加密貨幣，成為首家原生整合鏈上一層（L1）以實現流動性與執行力的主要受監管交易所。 2. 八月，推出借貸服務，支援以BTC/ETH及其他加密資產作為抵押品進行貸款，無需出售資產或進行信用審查；資金即時到帳，並可透過VALR Pay進行交易、提現或消費。 3. 完成由Hacken執行的最新儲備證明審計，確認所有審計範圍內的資產均實現1:1覆蓋，且總抵押比率超過100%。 4. 獲得CIMA頒發的臨時VASP牌照，加速全球業務擴張，並在其FSCA第一類/第二類牌照基礎上再添新資格。 未來重點：透過Hyperliquid整合擴展跨資產衍生品生態系統，使永續合約成為交易各市場的通用工具；借助借貸服務強化CeFi借貸與流動性工具；並利用CIMA牌照拓展全球機構客戶及穩定幣支付基礎設施，服務180萬用戶與2000多家機構客戶。

VALR charges 0.180% maker and 0.350% taker at tier 1 on spot fiat pairs, easing to 0.020% maker and 0.090% taker from 5 million USDT of volume, with maker turning into a -0.010% rebate at tier 9.
VALR charges 0.080% maker and 0.100% taker at tier 1 on spot crypto-to-crypto pairs, reaching 0.000% maker and 0.035% taker at tier 9; stablecoin pairs run 0.050%/0.100% at tier 1 and 0.000%/0.000% at tier 9.
VALR Simple Buy and Sell charges 1.6% at each step, and Auto-Buy charges 1.6% per trade.
In April 2024, VALR obtained South African crypto asset service provider licences (Category I and II) from the Financial Sector Conduct Authority, and holds a Polish virtual asset service provider authorisation plus provisional Cayman Islands Monetary Authority approval in May 2026.
