Sperax 是一個以 USDs 為核心的 DeFi 協議，USDs 是一種自動生息的穩定幣。使用者只需將 USDs 存放在錢包中，即可自動獲得收益，無需質押或手動領取獎勵。收益來自於將抵押品部署至經審計的 DeFi 協議。 其核心價值主張是讓穩定幣持倉以零摩擦方式產生收益。與閒置的傳統穩定幣不同，USDs 將錢包轉變為能產生收入的資產。該協議也發行 SPA 作為治理與實用代幣，持有者可進行質押並參與協議決策。 Sperax 解決了 DeFi 中被動資本效率低下的痛點。過去，透過穩定幣賺取收益需要主動管理、複雜策略與頻繁交易。Sperax 將整個流程自動化，降低了普通使用者獲取 DeFi 收益的門檻。 在過去六個月（2026 年 3 月至 9 月）中，SperaxOS（其面向 DeFi 的 AI 代理工作區）已全面向公眾開放，並於 2026 年 6 月開源。該平台實現了自主資本管理，讓 AI 代理能夠在無人干預的情況下執行收益優化、投資組合再平衡與風險防禦。2026 年 1 月，Sperax 也宣布與 Google Cloud 合作，為跨多個區塊鏈的即時 AI 分析提供基礎設施支援。
Milestones: SperaxOS mainnet publicly launched on June 1, enabling permissionless creation of AI financial agents on Arbitrum and BNB Chain; on September 11 the team detailed a collaboration with IBM and Inworld AI to build an auditable DeFi agent; on May 19 it secured institutional custody via Anchorage Digital.
Holder incentives: With SperaxOS live, staking SPA boosts yield multipliers on vault strategies and unlocks higher LLM credits and premium agent features, positioning SPA as the metering and settlement asset of the agent economy.
On June 11, 2026, Sperax open-sourced SperaxOS and opened it to the public, shipping a workspace with more than 100 built-in DeFi tools and over 70 model providers where anyone can build, deploy and monetise on-chain AI agents at chat.sperax.io.
In March 2026, Sperax launched an x402 payment facilitator on Arbitrum for gasless micropayments by AI agents and APIs, and introduced Agent Groups where research, strategy, risk and development agents collaborate; in January it partnered with Google Cloud with $200,000 of infrastructure backing for real-time analytics across more than 10 chains. USDs has run as an auto-yield stablecoin on Arbitrum since December 2021.
Sperax will bind the agent layer to the USDs yield layer, grow the MCP ecosystem and agent index, and make auditable guardrails a precondition for institutional adoption.

Sperax prices USDs minting and redemption dynamically by collateral composition: the base mint and redemption fee is 0.05%, and the actual redemption fee equals x% of the USDs redeemed, with x varying by the collateral chosen.
Sperax sets a 20% target composition for each collateral; when a collateral exceeds its target the protocol raises that collateral's mint fee and lowers its redemption fee, and reverses the adjustment when it falls below target, with fee parameters updated on-chain.
