關於MVL
MVL is a blockchain mobility ecosystem built from two halves. On the services side are TADA, a zero-commission ride-hailing platform founded in Singapore in 2018 and operating across Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong and Colorado, together with EV maker ONiON Mobility; on the infrastructure side are the MVL mainnet launched in 2025, the vehicle tokenization platform Musubi, a DePIN mobility data network, the Clutch wallet and MVL Fi. TADA charges drivers no commission, only a fixed platform fee, while trip counts, fares and incentive data are recorded on-chain and driver reputation data stays with drivers; Musubi tokenizes ONiON vehicles as NFTs, leases the physical cars to local mobility providers, and lets investors claim leasing income by holding the NFTs. TADA has about 5.8 million registered users and more than 150 million cumulative completed trips.
In March 2026, MVL published its 2025 annual report and announced TADA's expansion into New York; in May it launched Musubi A/R, an RWA product focused on mobility accounts receivable, with the purchase site opened in beta on June 25; and on July 6 the New York ride-hailing service Throo, built on TADA's technology and operating experience, went live.
Milestones: The Musubi A/R beta launched on June 25, letting users buy tokenized receivables from mobility businesses in USDC on Base; MVL listed on Korea's GOPAX on May 31, and on July 20 announced plans to launch the Ambient protocol and rename the token AMB in 2027.
Setbacks: The team announced the permanent shutdown of the Toncoin and Token Bridge on September 1; the price slid to around $0.0008 by late July with a market cap near $20.32M, down about 98% from its all-time high, amid heavy sell pressure on Korean exchanges.
MVL launched Musubi A/R on April 24, 2026, priced in USDC with lower minimum tickets and a focus on short-term receivables, and introduced Throo in New York on July 6. On September 1 it permanently shut down its TON bridge as planned, consolidating cross-chain settlement onto its Base Layer 3 network.
On MVL's mobility side, TADA entered its US expansion phase from June 2026, while Musubi brought vehicle and receivables assets into the same on-chain account and settlement structure.
Future strategy and roadmap: The published roadmap has MVL pushing TADA into more US cities in H2 2026, widening Musubi's receivables tenors and funding pools, and onboarding more DePIN capacity and vehicle-financing assets on Base Layer 3. With the TON bridge retired, the team will route fiat and on-chain settlement through native USDC rails.
