Infinex is a self-custodial crypto super app that replaces seed phrases with passkey accounts. One account manages assets across 20+ chains and covers spot and perpetual trading (up to roughly 50x), cross-chain swap aggregation, prediction markets and yield, plus a browser extension that connects to any dApp. It addresses the combination of DeFi complexity and exchange custody risk. The account layer hides network switching and gas-token selection, leaving users with assets and positions.
Signing runs on Turnkey's key infrastructure, with biometric login and multi-device sync; execution routes to third-party liquidity from Hyperliquid and Lighter, and fiat on-ramps come from Bridge. In July it launched Infinex Confidential, a private wallet built on NEAR Intents, and upgraded its perpetuals product to Infinex Pro. It is closer to a unified front end than to self-built matching and clearing, so the experience depends heavily on the protocols underneath.

April 2026: INX fell from around $0.029 to roughly $0.008, with market accusations that linked wallets dumped about $400K of unlocked tokens, triggering pump-and-dump allegations and a crisis of confidence.
July 18: NEAR's Confidential Intents went live on Infinex, enabling private cross-chain deposits, swaps and withdrawals.
October 4: Infinex integrated NEAR Chain Signatures and the Intents network, letting users trade BTC, DOGE and XRP across 31 chains with roughly 30-second settlement.
Token mechanics: net platform revenue is used to buy INX on the open market and lock it for at least one year; holders can receive up to 40% of platform fees, and treasury activity is publicly tracked via HyperTracker.
Unlocks: the team's 2 billion INX (20%) begin monthly linear vesting from October 2026 (about 166.67M per month), and the 500M Sonar sale allocation unlocks on January 30, 2027; the token traded near $0.006 in early October, down more than 80% from its January high.
Infinex completed tokenization and product expansion in 2026. On January 28 it was added to Coinbase's listing roadmap; on January 30 it held the INX TGE (each Patron NFT entitling holders to 100,000 INX); on January 31 it listed on Binance Alpha. On July 18 it launched Infinex Confidential, integrating NEAR's Confidential Intents; on July 31 it rebranded Infinex Perps to Infinex Pro.
Future strategy and roadmap: Infinex ties INX value capture to two legs: holding or staking earns up to a 40% fee discount, and revenue from its products funds open-market buybacks locked for at least a year, while governance migrates through XIPs and referendums. That only works if the super app keeps trading, perps and prediction demand inside its own interface, which is why mobile and the SDK outrank another feature - buybacks need revenue, and revenue needs third-party builders plus users pulled from centralized exchanges. An ICO that raised about $7.2 million against a $15 million target shows the market still discounts aggregators; Infinex has to prove it can charge tolls rather than just be a front end.
