關於Chainge Finance
Chainge is a self-custody wallet and cross-chain trading protocol built on Fusion that has operated since 2020. It uses distributed control rights management to split private keys across a set of nodes: a cross-chain swap moves assets into a time-locked contract first, then the node group releases them on the destination chain through threshold signatures, so coins never sit with a centralised venue. A routing layer aggregates liquidity pools across chains to swap several hundred assets directly, and cross-chain futures and yield products sit on top.
In July 2026 its website front end kept returning 503 errors, with cross-chain swaps and withdrawals failing to return to normal. Earlier, PeckShield, CertiK and Cyvers flagged roughly 60 million dollars moved without authorisation to external addresses, which the project said had been transferred to safe addresses. The episode put a direct question over how concentrated authority is among the node group and the contracts.
Major setback: In July the official front end kept returning a 503 maintenance error, with cross-chain swaps and withdrawals not back to normal. PeckShield, CertiK and Cyvers had earlier flagged about $60M moved to EOA addresses without authorisation; the team said assets were shifted to safe addresses.
Governance: The DAO voted on a $13M capital injection that would put 50M XCHNG into circulation, roughly 10% of supply at the time.
