bAI Fund

bAI Fund is an on-chain agent fund on BNB Chain that runs quantitative strategy, capital management and model calls inside a trusted execution environment (TEE). Each agent holds its own wallet, decides on its own, executes trades on-chain and can call other decentralized applications; the sensitive computation happens in an encrypted isolated environment that outsiders cannot read, and results are written back on-chain in a verifiable form.

Creators issue their own agent tokens through an initial agent offering, which requires locking the platform token and seeding a liquidity pool. Tokens distribute along a bonding curve, graduate once the curve limit is reached and move into a public pool, with no party receiving a priority allocation. The BAI token is used to create agents, pay for calls and take part in governance, with a total supply capped at one billion.
