Nanjing White Matrix focuses on core blockchain engineering. Its ChainIDE is a cloud-based multi-chain development environment used in more than 185 countries, with roughly 70 million smart contract compilations served. The team numbers over forty with four joint laboratories, and its work spans supply chain finance, on-chain digital assets, smart healthcare and government services. In 2026 the emphasis shifted toward technology export and cross-border compliance, packaging the IDE and consortium-chain stack for overseas parks and public-sector projects while domestic work continues on industrial chain upgrades. ChainIDE lowers the barrier to multi-chain development by keeping compilation and debugging in the browser, which suits teaching, hackathons and government or enterprise pilots.
White Matrix uses the Middle East and Southeast Asia as landing points, pairs ChainIDE's developer funnel with local delivery capacity, and explores tooling for AI agents that transact on-chain. Outbound business also means handling cross-border data and local compliance, work that often takes longer than the technical delivery.
