TON Strategy is a listed digital asset treasury that has swapped its entire balance sheet for Toncoin. Formerly Verb Technology, it trades on Nasdaq as TONX. Nearly all of its holdings sit with validators: in the first quarter of 2026 it held roughly 221.9 million TON, about 4.29% of supply, with the staked portion equal to 26.18% of the network total and a fair value near 272 million dollars. Staking revenue for the quarter was about 3 million dollars.
The economics come from validator rewards and network inflation rather than a share of transaction fees, so cash flow tracks the TON staking yield. TON was renamed Gram on 8 June 2026 and the treasury now books GRAM; the Catchain 2.0 consensus shipped in the same window and cut block times from about 2.5 seconds to 400 milliseconds, packing more validation rounds into each unit of time. Second-quarter holdings reached about 230.5 million Gram with 15 million dollars of staking revenue. The legacy live-commerce and LyveCom businesses have been largely wound down, leaving a single-asset holding and staking operation.
