SimpleChain

SimpleChain is an asset-native Layer 1 aimed at issuing and settling real-world assets such as credit, energy infrastructure, supply chain receivables and structured products. Compliance and data verification sit at the protocol level: issuers write operational data into a trusted data space, a compliance-as-a-service module turns jurisdictional rules into policy, and contracts check authorisation and lifecycle state before any transfer. Consensus is PoS with HotStuff plus DAG-based parallel ordering, claimed at 4,000 TPS with roughly two-second deterministic finality; cross-chain settlement uses HTLCs, multisig and zero-knowledge proofs, with custom rollups for applications.

In the ecosystem it positions itself as an institutional operating system for RWA, supplying issuers with a tokenisation framework, a granular data oracle and compliance policy modules, grading assets on five trust dimensions and recording operational evidence rather than bare ownership. Against a general-purpose chain paired with third-party compliance tooling, it moves validation into the protocol, which requires issuers to reshape internal systems to its data model. On-chain verification reaches only as far as the point of entry into the trusted data space, leaving the authenticity of offline documents to auditors and issuers. The mainnet went live in July 2026 on the PoS and HotStuff design.
