Premium is an on-chain premarket protocol built on the Base network, centred on synthetic token markets for penny stocks. Users trade on-chain stock demand through Curve Desks, where each Desk Unit is paired directly with a meme token, and the protocol issues synthetic tokens on-chain that are not pegged to any real share price or equity. Each Desk corresponds to an on-chain expression of demand for a real-world penny stock, with the paired meme token acting as its on-chain representation that users can trade in secondary markets.
The interface lists markets by market capitalization in USD, recency, price and name, covering both stock tokens and meme markets, with modules such as Stock Scout, auction history and protocol status. The project stresses that synthetic tokens carry no equity or live stock-price peg and interact directly through a wallet, and it provides a status page, documentation and community channels. The token is recorded as PRM and is used for market and reward functions inside the protocol.
