關於OtoCo
OtoCo lets anyone form a US company from abroad: the user picks a state and enters a name and member details, the platform files with the state as registered agent through its own Master LLC backbone, and a real limited liability company exists within minutes, with a tax ID requested at the same time and no Social Security number required. Once formed, the entity can open a federally insured commercial bank account for receiving and sending payments.
The entity is also an on-chain object: each company has a contract address, member permissions, resolutions and cash flows are recorded, and stablecoin receipts land in the company wallet with settlement in seconds and no chargebacks. OtoCo automates annual reports, franchise tax and renewals, filing before deadlines so a company does not lapse. Beyond individuals, the structure is used to give AI agents legal personality, so liability for contracts and payments sits with the entity rather than a person.
On April 16, 2026, OtoCo launched onchain Standalone LLCs, filed directly with Delaware and Wyoming, confirmed within 24 to 48 hours and minted as ownership NFTs, at $299 per year; Instant LLCs remain at $99 per year, with EIN service at $189 and Mercury bank applications at $299.
Future strategy and roadmap: OtoCo plans to add more states and jurisdictions, deepen AI-agent execution of payments, bookkeeping, tax filing and member changes, and bring externally formed companies onto its onchain management stack.
