關於OffMarket
OffMarket is a privacy layer built by StarkWare for the prediction market Polymarket, using Starknet's shared privacy pools and zero-knowledge proofs so that amounts, counterparties and settlement of bets are not publicly observable. The design imposes a $1,000 USDC deposit cap per address to bound pool size and auditability, and introduces viewing keys that let authorized auditors verify transactions without exposing global data.
In progress, OffMarket went public on October 14, 2026 after a restricted beta since August; its contracts were audited by OpenZeppelin in June 2026, and viewing keys are held by Financial Privacy Inc. Positioned as a privacy-compliance bridge between prediction markets and institutional adoption, it uses ZK to provide provable settlement without revealing individual positions.
StarkWare opened OffMarket to the public on October 15, 2026, after a July alpha, an invite-only August and mainnet privacy trading in September. Funds route through Starknet's shared privacy pool into a freshly created trading wallet, deposits are capped at 1,000 USDC per account, and orders still hit Polymarket's order book on Polygon at the same prices and against the same counterparties; the pool contract was audited by OpenZeppelin in June and formally verified in July, holding about $1.5 million across 17,000 deposits at launch.
Future strategy and roadmap: StarkWare says the 1,000 USDC per-account deposit cap will be adjusted as it assesses demand and usage, and treats OffMarket as the public showcase for Starknet's privacy pool, testing whether a zero-knowledge privacy layer can wrap an existing venue without moving its users, while a third party keeps the viewing key for screening.
