NEST Protocol

NEST Protocol is an oracle and trading network that produces an on-chain price stream through game-theoretic means. Its core quoting mechanism works as follows: anyone who stakes a certain amount of NEST can post a price for a trading pair on-chain, and the quote is accompanied by the corresponding amount of assets. During the verification period, anyone who believes the quote deviates from the market can trade at that price and is then obliged to post a new quote; quotes that go unchallenged become the effective price and can be called freely by anyone.

On that basis, the protocol extends into NESTFi, a decentralized perpetual exchange that replaces market makers and liquidity providers with smart contracts and risk sharing. There is also NEST Craft for building applications and Cyber Ink, an NFT collection used as a membership credential. The economic design has users burn NEST when buying financial products such as futures and options, so the supply shrinks on net whenever the amount burned exceeds the amount generated.
