Moss Genomics (MOSS) reported its latest results for Q3 FY2026 (quarter ended March 31, 2026): revenue of CAD 0, net income of CAD 0.031 million, EPS of CAD 0.00, operating income of -CAD 0.0177 million, gross margin --, operating cash flow --, total assets of CAD 1.305 million, and digital assets (carried as 'Digital currencies') of approximately CAD 1.25 million. The emerging consumer-genomics company provides personalized health, anti-aging and wellness at-home testing based on genomic, microbiome and epigenome data. The quarter had no operating revenue and posted a CAD 0.031 million net gain (versus a CAD 0.685 million loss a year earlier), mainly on digital-asset revaluation and disposal gains; total assets were CAD 1.305 million. Key risks include no operating revenue and continued reliance on financing, digital-asset price volatility, and the fact that its MD&A and interim filings require revision/restatement per BCSC review (not yet refiled as of 2026-10-29).
Moss Genomics mined its first Bitcoin Cash block, #931,986, with proprietary infrastructure on 1 January 2026, embedding the miner ID MOSS in the coinbase signature and linking its mining operations to its digital asset treasury. As of 31 March it held 1,503 BCH (about $977,792), 50.28 ETH and 69,049 USDC.
An initial version of the Moss Genomics data platform is running in a staging environment. In the same period the British Columbia Securities Commission placed the company on its issuers-in-default list after finding its 31 March interim MD&A incomplete; Moss Genomics is restating the financials and disclosures with external auditors and seeking removal from the list.
