Infrared deployed its contracts to the Berachain mainnet in January 2026, officially launching liquid staking and the PoL (Proof of Liquidity) mechanism. It introduced native staking and the IR rewards vault around the same time, and added incentive-distribution mechanisms such as Dutch auctions in the first quarter.
Infrared continues to expand staking and yield products around Berachain's PoL framework.
Future strategy and roadmap: Strategically, Infrared plans to keep expanding vault types and cross-asset staking coverage, deepen composability integrations with Berachain ecosystem protocols, and refine reward distribution and liquidity bootstrapping to solidify its core position in Berachain's liquid-staking layer.
