Forgd is a capital markets adviser and software platform for token issuers that splits work around a token generation event into four self-service modules: Token Designer sets allocations, emission curves and demand drivers with scenario simulation; a market maker module runs an RFQ process that gathers quotes from more than 20 firms within seven days and then tracks depth, spreads and uptime; exchange research aggregates listing fees and due diligence questionnaires; unlock monitoring aligns emission schedules with historical prices to estimate sell pressure. It responds to the lack of comparable data at launch, where projects negotiate bilaterally and rely on private decks, by putting market maker performance and listing costs into one consistent format.
It occupies the issuance services layer, adjacent to but distinct from legal advisers, auditors and the market makers themselves: it does not underwrite or hold positions, and earns from free self-service tools plus paid advisory work. Clients are pre-token protocols and listed projects with fragmented liquidity, and the allocation and unlock tables it produces feed directly into exchange applications.
