Fables sets dynamic per-pool fees on Uniswap v4: equity pools switch baselines by trading session, weekend and holiday, while crypto pools adjust to volatility; the off-chain keeper's temporary overrides are bounded by each pool's floor (e.g. 0.01%) and cap (e.g. 2%) and expire automatically. Fables' ve(3,3) routes pool fees to holders who lock FABLES and vote on emissions.
