DIBA

DIBA is a Bitcoin-native digital art and asset marketplace built on the RGB smart-contract protocol: assets are issued on Bitcoin L1 as RGB21 unique digital assets, trades settle through PSBT atomic swaps where the BTC leg and the RGB20 token leg either both settle or both fail, with no escrow account and no platform wallet. The pain it targets is that Ethereum NFTs depend on smart-contract platforms and custodial marketplaces: DIBA anchors art assets directly to UTXOs and embeds programmable royalties, collateral conditions and compliance rules inside the asset contract itself.

The companion BitMask wallet, a Rust browser extension compiled to WebAssembly, handles asset issuance and exchange, the platform supports USDT on the Bitcoin layer in partnership with UTEXO, and the institutional narrative points to programmable collateral and compliant secondary markets. The product line covers blue-chip art display and curated issuance, with trades completed peer-to-peer on-chain. Tradable assets concentrate among a small set of curated artists and early RGB adopters, matching requires both parties to sign online, and secondary-market depth is limited.
