On March 25, 2026, BitStack opened its equity to the public on Crowdcube, raising $4.5 million in under 24 hours from more than 8,000 individual investors — the largest such round in the EU — priced on the same terms as its $15 million Series A of December 2025 led by 13books Capital. The company obtained its MiCA licence from France's AMF on June 30, 2025, and on July 1, 2026 launched a euro account with a French IBAN plus a Visa debit card paying up to 1% back in bitcoin, entering Italy and Spain. It now has over 300,000 users and more than EUR 300 million saved in bitcoin.
BitStack will close the loop between the euro account, payment card and recurring purchases, expand across the EU on its MiCA licence, and hire about 20 people in compliance and product.

Bitstack tiers its Standard plan bitcoin purchase fee by amount: 1.5% below EUR 250, 1.25% from EUR 250 to EUR 1,000 and 1% above EUR 1,000.
Bitstack Plus costs EUR 2.99 per month or EUR 30 per year and applies a flat 0.75% bitcoin purchase fee.
Bitstack charges 0.70% on card-funded bitcoin purchases, and ATM withdrawals are free up to EUR 200 or five withdrawals per month, then EUR 1 or 1% per transaction.
Bitstack holds a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) licence from the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, granted 30 June 2025 under the EU MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) regulation, covering crypto-fiat and crypto-crypto exchange, custody and transfers, valid across the European Economic Area.
