Securitize 擬透過與 Cantor 旗下 SPAC 公司合併上市，估值將超 10 億美元

ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博社報導，知情人士透露，代幣化公司 Securitize 正就通過 Cantor Fitzgerald LP 創辦的一家特殊目的收購公司（SPAC）進行談判。
與 Cantor Equity Partners II Inc. 合併後，Securitize 的估值將超過 10 億美元，相關商討仍在進行中，Securitize 也可能會決定保持私有化狀態。此前 Cantor Equity II 於 5 月通過首次公開募股籌集了 2.4 億美元。
