ChainCatcher 消息，Wormhole 基金會已正式提出對 Stargate 的收購報價，計劃以至少 1.2 億的 USDC 初始報價收購 Stargate，該報價較 LayerZero 1.1 億美元更高，且將採用現金支付模式而非代幣兌換模式。
