ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Miner Mag 報導，由特朗普家族支持的比特幣挖礦公司 American Bitcoin Corp（ABC）即將完成與 Gryphon Digital Mining 的秘密合併，並在納斯達克上市。
7 月 31 日，Gryphon 向美國證券交易委員會（SEC）提交了合併相關的委託書聲明（proxy statement），正式將股東投票定於 8 月 27 日。與此同時，SEC 已宣布該項交易的 S-4 註冊聲明生效，這標誌著監管批准已到位，為合併交易鋪平了道路。
